If you are a new Bamboo Shop user, you should have received an email with your username and password.
New Product Access and/or latest Release: My Account
Upon logging in you will be able to manage your account and access your product downloads by clicking on Downloads
ADDING A TEAM MEMBER
The following steps will allow the account owner to add a team member to their account to have access to product downloads:
- The team member will need to create an account in shop.
The team member can create an account here https://shop.bamboosolutions.com/my-account/
The account credentials will be emailed to the new team member. - The owner of the account will need to log into their account and click Team.
- A pop-up window will appear. Click on the + sign under Manage My Team.
- Add the email of the address of the user you want to add and then click Submit.
Team members will have access to product downloads only.
INSTALL
When ready for installation, you may obtain a perpetual license for new license purchases only through Bamboo Support. Existing licenses maintain previous license keys.
KEYS – VERSIONS
License key(s) and product version(s) will not be stored by Bamboo. It is the responsibility of the licensee to maintain original license key(s) and version(s). Only latest releases will be available on the Bamboo Shop.
