This Software is provided by SharePointXperts, LLC (“SPX”) and is governed by the applicable SharePointXperts agreement, either the Subscription Software Agreement or the Software License Agreement (On-Premises), as available at:

By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of the applicable agreement.
Subscription Terms and Payment Authorization
Subscription Software is provided on a one (1) year commitment basis. Subscription fees may be billed annually in advance or in monthly installments, as selected at the time of purchase. If a monthly payment option is selected, you authorize SPX to automatically charge your designated payment method (e.g., credit card or approved direct debit) on a recurring monthly basis for the duration of the subscription term.
Subscriptions will renew at the end of the applicable term unless cancelled in accordance with SPX policies. Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file at the then-current rates.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and bank charges associated with your purchase.
Automatic Renewal and Payment Authorization: Your subscription is a monthly or yearly plan that automatically renews for successive one-month or one-year terms, depending on your subscription selection. By providing your payment details, you authorize SharePointXperts to charge your credit card (or other payment method) automatically for the renewal term, at the rate then in effect, until you cancel. Renewal charges are typically processed on the anniversary of your original sign-up date.
